Notice is hereby given that the 99th Annual General Meeting of the Victorian Golf Course Superintendents Association Inc. will be held on TUESDAY 28 APRIL 2026 at Thirteenth Beach Golf Links. 
Business
  1. To confirm the minutes of the 98th Annual General Meeting held at the Kingston Heath Golf Club on Tuesday, 29 April 2025
  2. To receive the President’s report 
  3. To receive the financial reports for the year ending 28  February 2026
  4. To declare the election of Officers and Ordinary Members of the Committee
  5. To confirm the appointment of Hon. Auditor APL FINANCIAL for 2026 / 2027
  6. To set the annual subscription for the year ending 30 June 2027
  7. General Business 

Nomination for Officers & Committee 2026-27

As per the VGCSA constitution the following positions of office for the VGCSA Committee of Management will be declared vacant at the Annual General meeting. A vote will take place on the day if nominations received from financial A Class members before 5pm, 14 April 2026 exceed the declared vacancies. 
  • Office Bearers – President (1), Vice President (1), Secretary (1) and Treasurer (1).  Committee (up to 4)
  • If you are unable to include two financial VGCSA members as proposers, please submit the form with your full details only
