MEETING SCHEDULE
7am          Registration/Arrival - golf. Light breakfast on arrival
7.15am    Annual General Meeting - Election of office bearers & committee
7.40am     Player briefing 
7.45am     Shotgun start
10.15am   Registration/Arrival - course walk 
10.30am   Course walk for those not playing golf
12.30pm   Pre-lunch refreshments 
12.45pm   Lunch

Payment Options

  • Credit/debit card: Payment can be made prior to the event upon submitting your registration form. The VGCSA will provide details upon request.
  • ​For EFT payment - an invoice will be issued to your Club/Company for payment within 31 days
Please note a small transaction fee will apply to credit/debit card payments.

Cancellation Policy

All registered members are required to provide at least five business days’ notice of cancellation prior to meeting. Otherwise, charges will apply.
