Registered members will receive a formal email reply after the RSVP closing date. 

Payment Options

  • Credit/debit card: Payment can be made prior to the event upon submitting your registration form. Please note a transaction fee will apply to credit/debit card payments.
  • ​For EFT payment - an invoice will be issued to your Club/Company for payment within 31 days

Cancellation Policy

All registered members are required to provide at least five business days’ notice of cancellation prior to meeting. Otherwise, charges will apply.
