Neat & casual - collared shirts only. Strictly no denim or work attire
Please bring suitable wet weather gear in case of rain.

  • *Credit/debit card: Payment can be made prior to the event upon submitting your registration form. The VGCSA will provide details upon request.
  • ​For EFT payment - an invoice will be issued to your Club/Company for payment within 31 days
*Please note a transaction fee of $0.49 + 2% per paid ticket will apply to credit/debit card payments.

Please note for this event, all registered members are required to provide at least five business days’ notice of cancellation prior to meeting. Otherwise charges will apply.
