GOLF COMPETITION
ALL players must have an official handicap / golflink number to enter.
Players without an official handicap / golflink number are welcome to play casually on the day.

GOLF CART HIRE
Cart hire is available at an additional charge to individuals. Please contact Thirteenth Beach Pro shop directly on (03) 9069 4314 to pre-book.

13th BEACH DRESS CODE
Golf Acceptable Attire:
  • Collared shirts or golf polos
  • Tailored trousers, golf shorts, or skirts
  • Recognised golf footwear (soft spikes or flat-soled runners)
  • Appropriate outerwear consistent with golf attire
Not Permitted:
  • Denim of any kind
  • Collarless shirts for men
  • Gym, exercise, football shorts or trackpants
  • Clothing displaying offensive or inappropriate slogans
  • Beachwear (including boardshorts and swimwear)
  • Thongs or open-toe footwear
  • Workwear including high-visibility clothing or trade boots
Clubhouse Acceptable Attire:
  • Neat casual clothing
  • Smart casual dining attire
  • Clean footwear

  • Singlets
  • Workwear including high-visibility clothing or trade boots
  • Clothing displaying offensive or inappropriate slogans
  • Bare feet

Payment Options

  • *Credit/debit card: Payment can be made prior to the event upon submitting your registration form. The VGCSA will provide details upon request.
  • ​For EFT payment - an invoice will be issued to your Club/Company for payment within 31 days
​​*Please note a nominal transaction fee will apply to credit/debit card payments.

Cancellation Policy

All registered members are required to provide at least seven days’ notice of cancellation prior to meeting. Otherwise, charges will apply.
